Composer Demo
Terms of Access
5 OCTOBER 2026 / VERSION 2026-10-05
1. Acceptance and personal access
These terms govern your access to the Composer demonstration (the "Demo") provided by the research group of Prof. Jeffrey W. Bode, Laboratory for Organic Chemistry, ETH Zürich, Switzerland (the "Bode Lab"). The Bode Lab provides the Demo on behalf of ETH Zürich. By clicking "I agree", you accept these terms as an agreement with ETH Zürich.
Your access is personal. Do not share your login or give anyone else access to the Demo. If colleagues would like to view it, please request access for them at jbode@ethz.ch. The Bode Lab may limit, suspend or end access at any time, and access may expire after a set period.
2. Confidentiality and permitted use
The Demo and everything shown in it, including molecular structures, agent reasoning traces, scores and results, are confidential information of the Bode Lab. They are shared with you solely so that you can evaluate the technology.
You agree to:
- keep the Demo content confidential and not disclose it to anyone without the Bode Lab's written permission;
- not copy, record, download or distribute Demo content, beyond personal notes for your own evaluation;
- not reverse engineer the Demo, access it by automated means (such as scraping or bots), or use its content to train or evaluate AI models;
- not use the Demo content to develop competing products or services.
These obligations last for three years after your last access. They do not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already knew, that you develop independently, or that you are required by law to disclose.
3. About the molecules and results
The molecules and reasoning traces in the Demo were generated by an AI agent. Predicted structures and binding affinities were computed with Boltz-2 [via the API of PROVIDER]. All results are computational predictions and may contain errors.
The molecules have not been synthesized or tested. The Bode Lab gives no assurance that any molecule is active, selective, safe, novel or synthesizable. Untested compounds may be hazardous, and the Demo must not be used for decisions involving human use or clinical care. The runs shown are [selected examples / representative runs].
Viewing the Demo gives you no right or license to the molecules shown. You may not synthesize, test, use or file patent applications on them without the Bode Lab's prior written permission.
4. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Demo is provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bode Lab and ETH Zürich are not liable for any damage or loss arising from your access to or use of the Demo, including any use of the molecules or results shown. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.
5. Ownership and feedback
The Demo, its content and design, and the name Composer belong to ETH Zürich. Viewing the Demo does not create any offer or obligation to license, and the Demo may not reflect the final product. Please do not send us your own confidential information through the Demo. The Bode Lab may freely use any feedback you provide.
6. Privacy
To manage access, the Bode Lab records your name and email address, your acceptance of these terms and your use of the Demo. This information will not be released or shared.
7. General
The Bode Lab may update these terms; we will ask you to accept the new version before your next access. ETH Zürich may transfer its rights under these terms to a successor, such as a spin-off company that takes over the Composer technology. These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: jbode@ethz.ch.
